The Donovan House – Spacious Adirondack Lakeview Retreat The Donovan House is a bright and inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath home designed with families in mind. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals, an open-concept living and dining area with a cozy gas fireplace, and comfortable bedrooms—including a fun, kid-friendly bunk room. For our youngest guests, we provide a Pack ’n Play, high chair, and stroller so you can travel light. Step outside to a large private deck with a broad, front-and-center view of Fourth Lake, where you can sip your morning coffee, watch the boats glide by, or simply breathe in the fresh Adirondack air. The wide grassy lawn is perfect for games, picnics, and letting the kids run free.
